Reporting directly to the IT Service Delivery Manager, the Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for providing best practice Business Intelligence solutions across the Feros Care Group. Providing the organisation with information in a usable format through the development of various reports and dashboards, that will assist managers in monitoring organisational activities and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
