Therefore, we’re looking for someone who is experienced in completing assessments and care plans, but also highly motivated to making a real difference in people’s lives.The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who genuinely listens and takes the time to understand our client’s needs. Exceptional interpersonal skills are imperative and this also must go hand in hand with strong IT skills.In order to be considered for this role you must live within the Sydney region as this is a community based role which will see you travelling to our client’s home located within this area.
