Do you want to support seniors to live their best life and believe senior years are to be celebrated?  If yes, then please read on!About The Role:Reporting directly to the Care Manager, you will join our journey as we continue to create an environment that is focused on our residents by providing holistic quality care, spontaneity in our day, fun activities and an atmosphere that encourages participation.You will work primarily across our Kingscliff and/or Bangalow facilities.Your primary responsibilities will include:Performing general nursing duties whilst managing the clinical areas from admission through to end of life.Overseeing shift coordination and troubleshooting clinical and staffing issues whilst providing support to all members of the team.Providing leadership, acting as a resource person, and promoting on the job education to team members whilst ensuring care is delivered safely and appropriately.Building relationships with the residents and their families to ensure they are receiving the best possible care.Ensuring accurate record keeping and appropriate documentation is adhered to at all times.Promoting and providing a holistic approach to care which focuses on the needs and rights of the resident.About You:You will have a current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current CPR Certification.You will be available to work a mixture of morning, evening and night shifts.You want to make a difference in seniors lives by empowering them, fostering their ability and independence.You bring laughter, love, dignity and genuine care to your clients.You will be available to cover all shifts, including sick or leave periods with short term notice.You will be comfortable working casual hours with the potential for perm part time.About Feros Care:Feros Care is a multi-award winning not-for-profit organisation offering a range of aged, disability and community care services.
