Change Manager



As the Change Manager you will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.This is a pivotal leadership role in which you will support the team on two (2) large projects, the first being an ERP implementation and the second being a SharePoint Online Information Management implementation to meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.This role will be based in Coolangatta, QLD and is an initial 12 Month, Full time Fixed Term Contract.Key Role Specific Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with the project team(s) to deliver on time, on budget and within scopeApply change management methodologies and augment these with Feros Cares Project management framework and practicesUtilise your training and certification to build change management frameworks, tools and templatesLead the change management activities including undertaking the change impact assessments and identifying change readiness activities required.Work with business partners to ensure organisational design activities are undertaken within the scope of the project(s) where requiredRaise risks, track and report on issuesDefine and measure success metrics and monitor change progressAct as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.Ensure a hands-on approach to the application of change tactics through the running and facilitating of workshops, drafting, reviewing, and dispatching tactical communications, and supporting trainingSupport the Project Manager, Business Analyst, and other stakeholders in their various streams as requiredEssential Skills, Experience and Knowledge:A minimum of 5 years' experience delivering leading change and communications for large projects and programmes of workProven experience rolling out ERP-specific comms and change into middle office stakeholders, including dealing with personas in Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Human Resources, IT, etc.Experience with multi-site multi-channel comms planning including site rollouts and end-user process change at front linesComfortable working with and reporting into executive stakeholders, including the ability to navigate internal politics, influence and engage, and provide executive feedback and steering around a structured change agendaChange Management certification in a leading methodology such as Prosci, Kotter, Human Synergistic, etc.Experience working on Microsoft O365 implementations with a focus on SharePoint OnlineAbility to design, develop and run workshops and trainingAbility to establish and maintain strong relationshipsAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Qualifications, Certificates and Registrations:Tertiary qualification in Business management, Project Management, Communication or Change ManagementPosition Description 100000 AUD Australia - QLD Gold Coast Coolangatta 4225
