Clinical Lead – aspire4life



We are on the look for a clinical lead to provide clinical leadership, education and governance to the aspire4Life workforce. This role is critical to business success. It is an important interface between the clinical workforce and operational support. You will exercise independent clinical judgement, initiative and problem solving skills to provide senior clinical support to the multi-disciplinary assessment workforce and other relevant stakeholders.We are excited to fill this brand new position with someone who wants to work alongside the broader aspire4life regional teams to improve both internal clinical knowledge and the lives of older Australians and their families.This 12 month fixed-term contract role is based in our Tweed Heads office.What could you be doing as the Clinical Lead? What could you be doing as the Clinical Lead?

  • Participate in community engagement events to increase awareness of Aspire4lifes funded assessment Services and associated services across the regions and allocated footprint

What you need to bring to us:

  • 5+ years’ experience in aged care or community
  • Proven professional people management and leadership experience
  • Tertiary qualification from a health-related discipline such as medical practitioner, registered nursing, social work, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and psychology
  • An unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
  • Ability to travel interstate
  • Ability to interpret data, manage risk and implement workforce management plans
