Calling all community aged care superstars in Ballarat - If you’re the type of person who wants to ensure seniors live their best life, then we want to hear from you!What you’ll be up to:Undertaking personal care services, average of 20/25 hours per weekProviding reliable and safe transportDomestic cleaningPreparing light mealsHaving a laugh and socialisingUsing technology every day to access rosters, care plans and communicate with other team membersThe boxes you have to tick:Must hold a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability or equivalentAbility to work flexible hours across the week (weekends included)Current drivers licence and own a registered and insured vehicleComfortable using technology (including smartphones and computers) and basic applicationsLocated in or nearby to Ballarat and comfortable to travel throughout the regionAbility to attend 3 days orientation at our head office in Coolangatta on the Gold Coast in QLDEnergised by interacting and engaging with peopleFor brownie points:The ideal candidate will be a great relationship builder who demonstrates passion, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to support seniors to live their lives to the fullest.Work Perks (the goodies!):Work in the area you live.
