Community Support Worker – Woodend and Surrounds

To be considered for this role you must be located and comfortable to travel in the following regions: Woodend, Gisborne/New Gisborne, Lancefield, Romsey, Macedon, Taradale and ChewtonMore about you:You must hold a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability or similar qualification (Essential)You are available to work a variety of shifts over 5 days per week between 7am – 7pmYou must be passionate about supporting othersYou love variety and take pride in your workYou appreciate that it is the little things that can make someone’s dayYou will have a current drivers licenceYou will have own vehicle with current registration and third party insuranceYou are willing to undergo a police check and prove that you have the rights to work in AustraliaYou are happy to work on a casual basis and work approx. 10 – 15 hours per week.The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing a range of services to clients including undertaking personal care services, transportation to and from appointments, domestic cleaning and preparing light meals.
