We are on the hunt for a dynamic Content Marketing Officer who has a knack for words and storytelling. Someone who loves putting pen to paper, brushstrokes to keyboards, or a Dictaphone to a voice. Boxes you have to tick:

  • A relevant qualification in journalism, marketing, communications or media discipline
  • Minimum two years practical experience in journalism, copywriting and public relations
  • Experience in leading and contributing to the development of creative concepts and content executions across a range of channels and for a range of audiences
  • Experience creating video blogs, including storyboarding, scripting, editing and producing
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the capacity to build a profile or storyline to accurately communicate the work we do, the challenges our work addresses, and the people we support to a range of audiences
  • Exceptional written communication skills, copywriting and editing including excellent spelling and grammar that delivers content that is engaging and easy to understand
  • High level interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation
  • Commitment to, and enthusiasm for, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices for online marketing and community engagement
  • A keen reader and researcher, who can utilise this interest towards developing content
  • Demonstrated experience using a Content Management System (CMS), including editing and publishing content to a range of online channels
  • Highly developed planning, organisational and time management skills and the ability to deliver quality outputs to tight deadlines
