About the RoleAs a Customer Relationship Officer you will quickly build relationships with new customers to educate, guide, influence and provide a deep understanding of the value Feros Care can provide to meet their individual needs through the various Feros Care services available.The Customer Relationship Officer is a concierge to prospective customers, simplifying complex processes and maintaining a schedule of contact for the (many) months that it may take to acquire them as a client of Feros Care services. A Customer Relationship Officer is a critical driver of growth within Feros Care.As part of the Feros Central Contact Centre Team, you will actively contribute to the customer experience and Feros Care brand through delivery of outbound campaigns and other lead generation activities aimed at acquisition and engagement with future clients. You will also support the inbound sales team.Critical functions performed in the role include:Use a variety of superior communication and customer acquisition skills to deliver optimum results for both the client and Feros Care whilst delivering a genuinely respectful client experienceProactively deploying outbound campaigns which engages and nurtures prospective clientsMeet operational requirements as measured through business intelligence reporting and KPIs in relation to quantitative, qualitative and behavioural measures to ensure performance is of a consistently high standardProvide assistance to other teams as required to ensure the operational requirements and business needs of Feros Care are metThis is a full time, fixed term 12 month contract and will require availability on weekends and evenings. About YouYou will be someone who is performance driven, is calm and steady in times of peak traffic, is a fluent communicator who is able to capture critical information quickly, has strong computer skills and excels at customer service.
