Customer Service Liaison, Customer Experience – Coolangatta, Qld



We are on the hunt for our next Customer Service superstar to join our Customer Experience team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic contact centre environment, who enjoys helping clients over the phone. We need an efficient problem solver who has exceptional customer service and communication skills to provide a friendly, empathetic and positive experience to our clients.Key Tasks of the role include:Handling high volume of inbound callsBooking services and actioning variations to pre-existing servicesAdministratively assisting field managersUpdating client informationMeeting critical deadlines and KPIs associated within a busy contact centre environment About youYou will be someone that is calm and steady in times of peak trafficPrevious experience working within a contact or call centreStrong communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with highly developed telephone techniquesYou will have a high level of computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets and databases)Flexibility is imperative in this position as you will work across 7 days ranging from 6am to 10pm. This is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract.
