We are on the hunt for our next customer service superstar to join us in delighting our clients! You will be supporting our Regional Assessment team, as well as taking care of the day-to-day administrative functions associated with running our Regional Assessment Service.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Handling a high volume of inbound/outbound phone callsScheduling appointments with our clients and AssessorsMeeting critical deadlines and KPIs associated within a busy contact centre environmentBuilding strong and genuine relationships with our clients over the phoneAccurately capturing and recording key informationUsing multiple industry-specific and MS Office programsAbout YouYou will be someone who remains calm in times of peak traffic and is able to capture critical information quickly and accurately.
