Customer Service Liaison – Client Experience Team

We need an efficient problem solver who has exceptional customer service and communication skills to provide a friendly, empathetic and positive experience to our clients.What will you be doing?Handling high volume of inbound callsBooking services and actioning variations to pre-existing servicesAdministratively assisting field managersUpdating client informationMeeting critical deadlines and KPIs associated within a busy contact centre environment About you:Customer-focusedEnjoy solving problems with a high attention to detailCalm and steady in times of peak trafficPrevious experience working within a contact or call centreStrong communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with highly developed telephone etiquetteA team player with experience in a fast-paced team environmentYou will have a high level of computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets and databases)Flexibility is imperative in this position as you will work across 7 days ranging from 6am to 10pm.
