You will be supporting our Regional Assessment team, as well as taking care of the day-to-day administrative functions associated with running our Regional Assessment Service.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Handling a high volume of inbound/outbound phone callsScheduling appointments with our clients and AssessorsMeeting critical deadlines and KPIs associated within a busy contact centre environmentBuilding strong and genuine relationships with our clients over the phoneAccurately capturing and recording key informationUsing multiple industry-specific and MS Office programs About YouYou will be someone who remains calm in times of peak traffic and is able to capture critical information quickly and accurately.
