ERP Business Analyst



Feros Care is about to embark on an exciting journey with the implementation of an enterprise solution that aims to simplify process and bring efficiencies across the business. As the ERP Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of the ERP platform implementation project through the analysis, documentation, optimisation and implementation of business processes and supporting system changes.This role will be based in Coolangatta, QLD and is an initial 12 Month, Fulltime Fixed Term Contract.Key Role Specific Responsibilities: Liaising with the Project Leadership Team to ensure an understanding of the scope of the integrated ProjectsBusiness Process Mapping / Flow ChartingParticipating in design and configuration workshopsWorkshop documentation e.g. notes, actions, decisionsData cleansing and validation in conjunction with Business Process Owners Supporting the project team with Data MigrationTest script development supportSupport with acceptance testing and issue managementDevelopment of end-user training guides in conjunction with subject matter experts (leveraging process flows)Assisting the project leaders with Change Management where necessaryEscalating key risk and issues to project managerSupporting the project team during the Go Live process and Post Go-Live issue managementGather information for the preparation of status reports to inform project management decision making.Maintain relevant business systems, tools and processes to support the efficient operation of the project team.Conduct research and engage in project work to facilitate the introduction of the new and improved processes arising from the ERP implementation.Essential Skills, Experience and Knowledge required:Experience in the implementation of ERP platforms in the following areas: Financial, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Asset ManagementExceptional skills in modelling software including the MS Office suite and VisioCertification/accreditation in formal modelling techniques such as BPMN2.0Proven expertise and success working on large digital transformation programs from inception through to implementation in a fast-moving (and changing) environmentExperience in broad stakeholder management and large-scale organisational change efforts, as well as knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsAbility to use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to motivate and build relationships across local and virtual teamsDemonstrated ability to effectively present to senior executives; facilitating/obtaining buy-in for desired objectivesExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh degree of drive, initiative, motivation and outcome orientation, with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting prioritiesWell-developed written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective internal/external relationships, practice open communication, conduct and facilitate presentations and prepare reports/submissionsDesirable Criteria for Position:Previous experience working within the aged and/or community care industryA relevant tertiary qualification in a Computer Science or Business Analysis related disciplinePosition Description 80000 AUD Australia - QLD Gold Coast Coolangatta 4225
