Community Exercise Physiologist – Darling Downs Region



We are seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join our team to provide goal focused restorative and reablement programs. These programs help our clients to become stronger, be more independent and have fun whilst improving their overall health and wellbeing.About the opportunity:As a member of the Feros Care Community Services team, you will provide innovative mobile assessment, case management and exercise physiology services. This includes a range of exercise physiology programs and services in the homes of our clients, within community, virtually and retirement settings. You will also work collaboratively with Wellbeing Managers, contributing to Home Care Packages.This position is community-based and will require you to travel to our client’s homes within the Darling Downs region. The role will be offered on a part-time basis with approx. two full days per week expected (Mon/Weds or Fri - however open to discussion).
