We are looking for a general all-rounder to provide additional maintenance support to our Buildings, Assets and Grounds support team working across Feros Care’s Premises.The role will require a level of physical fitness and includes, but is not limited to, digging, weeding, occasional lifting, use of ladders, carpet cleaners, gurneys and other manual tasks. About the Role:Attend to all gardening, lawn care and maintenance requests and complete documentation as requiredOperate and maintain equipment such as carpet cleaner, power tools, and gardening equipmentAssist with non-scheduled cleaning, for example spills, as directedEnsure existing equipment and systems are maintained as per schedulesMaintain infection control requirements and identify, resolve and report hazardsIn conjunction with the Maintenance Team Leader maintain relationships with suppliers and external contractors About You:You have previous experience working in a construction/landscaping roleYou have a certificate II/III in Asset Maintenance and/or Horticultural Studies (desirable)You have a certificate in the Safe Use and Handling of Chemicals and Hazardous Substances (desirable)You will be someone who takes pride in their work and actively contributes to a teamYou enjoy meeting new people and have a ‘can do’ attitudeYou will hold a current Drivers Licence.
