We are seeking Physiotherapists who are interested in joining us to provide evidence-based, client-driven restorative and reablement programs across the Darling Downs area.  These programs help our clients become stronger, be more independent and have fun whilst improving their overall health and wellbeing.In this part time position (3-4 full days a week), you will be able to provide one-on-one sessions in the community, as well as group sessions in  retirement villages settings. What you’ll be up to:As a member of the Community Services team, you will implement and deliver exemplary reablement and restorative physiotherapy programs.  Our services could be provided in clients’ homes, retirement villages, day centres, or ‘virtually’. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below:Enhance the quality of life and independence of our clients by delivering evidenced based physiotherapy programs and services including our own Strong Foundations falls prevention programConduct comprehensive assessments that identify the client’s functional capacity, strengths and lifestyle goals and develop holistic, individualised client focused therapy plans in partnership with the client and their carer/advocate and the Feros Care teamDeliver a suite of generic programs emphasising capacity building, driving restorative outcomes and promoting healthy ageingLead group classes to engage, motivate and develop improved strength, balance and a wellness mindset in the communityProvide post injury therapy to assist recoveryThis position is a community based role where you will travel to client’s homes. The boxes you have to tick:We are searching for a proactive and skilled physiotherapist with positive energy and a passion for delivering the services that will optimise the independence, health and confidence of our clients.
