Physiotherapist – Northern Rivers



We are seeking Physiotherapists to join our tribe to provide goal-focused restorative and re-ablement programs. These programs help our clients become stronger, be more independent and have fun whilst improving their overall health and wellbeing. About our opportunity: As a member of the Feros Care Community Services team, you will provide innovative mobile assessment, case management and exercise physiology services. This includes a range of exercise physiology programs and services in the homes of our clients, within community, virtually and retirement settings. You will also work collaboratively with Wellbeing Managers, contributing to Home Care Packages. What you’ll be up to: As a member of the Allied Health team, you will implement and deliver exemplary re-ablement and restorative physiotherapy programs. Our services could be provided in clients’ homes, our residential facilities, day centres, or ‘virtually’. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below: Enhance the quality of life and independence of our clients by delivering evidenced-based physiotherapy programs and services including our own Strong Foundations falls prevention program Conduct comprehensive assessments that identify the client’s functional capacity, strengths and lifestyle goals and develop holistic, individualised client-focused therapy plans in partnership with the client and their carer/advocate and the Feros Care team Deliver a suite of generic programs emphasising capacity building, driving restorative outcomes and promoting healthy ageing Lead group classes to engage, motivate and develop improved strength, balance and a wellness mindset in the community Provide post-injury therapy to assist recovery This full-time position is a primarily community-based role where you will travel to client’s homes and our residential villages within the Northern Rivers region.  More about you: We are searching for a proactive and skilled physiotherapist with positive energy and a passion for delivering the services that will optimise the independence, health and confidence of our clients.
