Physiotherapist / Exercise Physiologist



We are seeking a Physio or EP who is interested in joining us to provide goal focused restorative and reablement programs.  These programs help our clients become stronger, more independent and have fun whilst improving their overall health and wellbeing.About our opportunity:As a member of the Feros Care Allied HomeHealth team, you will provide innovative mobile assessment and Physio / EP services. This includes a range of programs and services in the homes of seniors, within community and retirement settings. You will also work collaboratively with Wellbeing Managers, contributing to Home Care Packages.Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below:Enhance the quality of life and independence of our clients by delivering evidenced based in-home programs and services including our own Strong Foundations falls prevention program.Lead group classes to engage, motivate and develop improved strength, balance and a wellness mindset in the community.Conduct comprehensive assessments that identify the clients' functional capacity, strengths and lifestyle goals to develop holistic, customised action plans.Provide post injury therapy to assist recovery.Contribute to our very own in-house wellness initiatives, orientation and training programs and provide workplace assessments for staff.This position is a community based role where you will travel to client’s homes within the Wide Bay region (predominantly Bundaberg and Hervey Bay).
