Procurement Coordinator



Join our team and help us to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective, professional customer focused procurement and contract services and support to all organisational stakeholders, in accordance with applicable legislative standards and Feros Care's approved policies, programs and procedures. What you’ll be up to:Assist in the maintenance and administration of a comprehensive, integrated, efficient, compliant and cost effective Contracts, Tenders and Procurement service to all internal stake holdersAssist in building strong strategic business relationships and partnerships coordinating the sourcing, selection and management of preferred suppliers in new and existing areas and work to successfully engaging these servicesCoordinate the successful on-boarding of suppliers using company systems and resources available and provide administration and maintenance of contractor systems and records, inclusive of data integrity, reporting and follow up processesAssist with the development and maintenance of a suite of tender and contract documents, comprehensive procurement procedures and manuals and the contract management systemMonitor and report on contractor performance and requirements including the establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and quality toolsAdminister and monitor contractual obligations for each organisation that is contracted to provide services to Feros CareAdminister and monitor contractual obligations for services which Feros Care is contracted to provide on behalf of other organisations (government and private)Review, update and assist in the implementation of processes and systems to ensure efficient and effective contract administrationThe boxes you have to tick:Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a medium to large enterpriseSelf-motivated, creative and passionate approachProven communication, leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills for liaising withinternal and external stakeholdersAbility to prioritise and manage a high volume workloadAdvanced computing skillsFor brownie points:Previous experience working within the aged and/or community care industryThink age is just a number?
