The Technical Business Analyst forms part of a multidisciplinary team empowered to identify and deliver technical solutions. Together, this team visualises, then realises the potential of our products by thoroughly understanding market needs. It's a role that involves adapting and releasing innovative products and shaping how these products go to market.This role requires a close working relationship with key stakeholders both internal and external. A key focus on good quality technical and project documentation, as well as an ability to communicate clearly are essential to this role, as well as a strong drive to deliver a great customer experience with all solutions. The boxes you have to tick:Two years previous working experience as a Technical Business AnalystExperience in the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRMExperience in the implementation of a Knowledge Management solutionExperience in the implementation of Contact Centre processes and software platformsExceptional skills in modelling software including the MS Office suite and VisioProven expertise and success working on large digital programs/projects from inception through to implementation in a fast-moving (and changing) environmentUnderstanding of IT Testing principles and processExperience in broad stakeholder management and large-scale organisational change efforts, as well as knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsAbility to use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to motivate and build relationships across local and virtual teamsDemonstrated ability to effectively present to senior executives; facilitating/obtaining buy-in for desired objectivesExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh degree of drive, initiative, motivation and outcome orientation, with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting prioritiesDemonstrated passion for aged care and determination to create something newWell-developed written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective internal/external relationships, practice open communication, conduct and facilitate presentations and prepare reports/submissionsQualifications, Certificates and Registrations:A relevant tertiary qualification in a Computer Science, Business Analysis or Business related disciplineCertification/accreditation in formal modelling techniques such as BPMN2.0
