About the Role:Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Program Manager - Virtual Care will lead our new digital services model, including our virtual care team. Working closely with our Smart Technology and IT teams, the manager will be responsible for researching, developing, piloting and launching new and clinical services products with a focus on Telehealth, HITH and Virtual Care models. In this position, the Program Manager will work with a range of Hospital, Primary Health, Aged Care, and Government stakeholders to identify and define target market segments, market requirements and lead the pilot of new products and services.Your key responsibilities will include:Lead a team of Telehealth and Virtual Care clinicians that are developing and providing the virtual care models of the future. Lead and participate in customer journey mapping, service redesign, new product and service development, pilot and deploymentIdentify and pursue opportunities for collaboration, joint initiatives, with our partners and with likeminded organisations to progress our innovation and service product development, income diversification and enhancing customer experience and expectationDevelopment of project briefs, implementation and evaluation plans for service and product pilotsLead high energy project teams in the implementation pilot operational activities, reporting to project / pilot steering committees on pilot progress, outcomes and evaluationWork closely with the operations and business support teams to monitor pilot budgets, costing and business plans for mainstream implementation and deploymentDevelop positive and productive partnerships with all stakeholders including government and non-government agencies and other external organisationsMonitor and ensure quality systems are maintained and the preparation of records, reports, submissions and correspondences as required in accordance with policies, procedures and relevant government standards, funding agreements and other contractsAbout You:Demonstrated experience in leading teams where you created a workplace culture that was engaging, positive, playful, creative, cohesive and productiveProven experience and demonstrated success in Service and Product Design, development, implementation and evaluationQualifications in health or human services or related disciplineBroad experience in service delivery and quality systems in either the aged, community care or health sectorsDemonstrated experience of working collaboratively with Business LeadersAn excellent track record of innovation, making things happen and achieving business outcomesDemonstrated business acumen and commercial skillsDemonstrated understanding of government, business and organisational drivers, you will conceptualise solutions that achieve positive business outcomesHigh level interpersonal, communication, consultation and negotiation skillsDemonstrated understanding and advanced knowledge of person-centred care and an ability to deliver consistent professional and innovative services and quality outcomesPrevious experience working for a start-up and or health care industry in any capacity will be highly regardedFor more information about this role and to view the position description, please visit the careers section on our Feros Care website.About Feros Care:Feros Care is a multi-award winning not-for-profit organisation offering a range of aged, disability and community care services.
