Project Lead- People Projects



We currently have an opportunity for a Project Lead to join our Employee Experience division on a full time, fixed term contract. This position will be working within the People Projects team, responsible for all people related projects which impact on culture. As Project Lead, you will primarily be responsible for leading the design and development of a remuneration and benefits strategy and framework. You will work collaboratively with the project team, the wider Employee Experience division and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of this project.What You’ll Be Doing:Be the lead subject matter expert on projects such as remuneration and benefits, contract rationalisation, scorecards and salary and job benchmarkingAssist with the creation of project, implementation and change management plansComplete the research, design, development and implementation of assigned project activitiesDevelop communication and training materials to support the implementation plansEnsure that activities within the project schedule are delivered on time and within scopeLead and participate in meetings, recording actions and decisions where requiredComplete administration, evaluation, presentations and reporting activities as directed by the Project ManagerWork with the project owner in planning for the transition and implementation of project deliverables across to business as usual operationsUndertake post implementation review at the completion of the projectWhat You’ll Need to Have:Demonstrated experience in remuneration and benefits frameworks including salary and job benchmarking, scorecards and with a high level of working knowledge of relevant awards and legislationAt least five (5) years Human Resources experience with a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a business-related disciplineProven capability and success in managing and leading transformation projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, well developed negotiation skills and the ability to build robust working relationshipsDemonstrated ability and experience to identify and prioritise complex problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively in order to achieve successful outcomesAbility to read and develop reports, interpret and analyse data, categorise risk and develop and implement corrective actionsSound organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple and conflicting priorities What We Can Offer:Be part of an organisation who’s shaking up the aged care and disability industriesSmash your New Year’s resolutions with a free gym membership Keeping health and wellbeing top of mind, take advantage of our Employee Assistance Program Salary packaging options which allow you to increase your take home payTruly fun, flexible and supportive work environment – we walk the talk A chance to be recognised and rewardedPlus, meaningful experiences where you know you are making a positive impact in the local community every day!Who are we?We’re Feros Care.
