Project Manager – Employee Experience (Organisational Development)

We call it GROWING BOLD and for over 30 years, we are making it real, both for older Australians and those living with disability.About the role:In this exciting role you will find the opportunity to lead Cultural Transformation, Organisational Development and Learning & Development strategic projects.As a key member of the Employee Experience team you will work towards achieving our goal to enable people to do their best life's work.Through the design, management and implementation of employee experience projects, you will embrace the challenge of building organisational capacity and capability in line with Feros Care organisational goals.You will coach, support and mentor your team, becoming a positive role model and creating an energetic and supportive culture.In this 12 months' contract, you will play a key role in organisation change management of an organisation of 900 employees. About you:You have managed large Organisational Development and culture based projects.You have successfully led and managed teams and working and collaborating with others is your way to go.You are a natural when it comes to building relationships and working with internal and external partners at all levels to ensure project delivery.Communication is one of your biggest strengths, as well as your presentation and facilitations skills.You strive to innovate, adapt and improve. Juggling competing priorities never makes you tumble.You are passionate about new trends and technology.
