Project and Admin Support Officer, CEX – Coolangatta QLD



About the Role: The Project and Admin Support Officer is an integral member of the Chief Customer Officer team responsible for coordinating CCO key projects of varying size and complexity. In particular the Project Officer is responsible for directing, organising and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager and the CCO. This role also provides executive support to the Chief Customer Officer.Your primary responsibilities will include:Coordinate and attend project meetings, take minutes, upload into Improve IT when required, prepare agendas and distribute minutes to all project team membersAssist the Project Manager in the drafting and distribution of project briefs, project management schedules, project status updates, tenders and budgetsCarry out project tasks as delegated including writing, reviewing or editing of documentationUndertake system testing and document findingsCarry out audits and follow up actions resulting from audit findingsConduct research as required and document findingsKeep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations or project outcomesProvide confidential secretarial and office administration support such as travel arrangements to the Chief Customer Officer in a timely and effective mannerMaintain strong and professional relationships and high level of customer service with all stakeholdersAbout You:Three to five years' experience in a similar role with a strong client experience and administrative focusStrong organisational skills with high degree of drive, initiative, outcome orientation and the capacity to deal with multiple and conflicting tasksExceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracyAbility to work autonomously as well as part of the Chief Customer Officer teamWell-developed communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with our clients and their families where appropriate, staff at all levels in the organisation, external providers and external bodiesAdaptability and flexibility to accommodate change and provide a responsive service to all stakeholders.Ability to treat people with respect, working ethically and with integrity, maintaining confidentiality, and approaching others in a diplomatic and tactful mannerIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office suite skillsUnrestricted Australian driver's licenceFor more information about this role and to view the position description, please visit the careers section on our Feros Care website by clicking on the following link: https://www.feroscare.com.au/current-vacancies-new/About Feros CareFeros Care is a multi-award winning not-for-profit organisation offering a range of aged, disability and community care services.
