Quality and Emergency Coordinator



What will I bring to the team?Your analytics super power will make you succeed in this part time role. You will change the game by facilitating and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement across Feros Care integrated Quality and Risk Management System and assisting with ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Act Quality of Care Principles, ISO9001 and Accreditation Standards.You will also support with the development and testing of safety and emergency management plans, as well as facilitating training to ensure we all know exactly what to do when things don't go as planned.  What role will you play? Complete reports and contribute to ensuring a cycle of continuous improvement is embedded in the way services are providedAnalyse reports, provide recommendations and monitor trends and variance of organisational incident and complaintsBe the guardian of all quality documents, making sure they are in line with any changes to our quality frameworkImplement a document governance process that supports quality monitoring and reportingWork with all the different areas of the business to ensure all improvement actions are recorded, actioned and evaluatedImplement an accreditation readiness process Provide support and training on our document and improvement management systemsCollaborate in the review and update of emergency management plans and facilitate training and testingPrepare and provide organisational updates in relation to emergency response readiness Essential boxes to tick:You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a quality roleDemonstrated experience in quality systems implementation Strong analytical and report writing skills with a focus on providing well researched findingsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Demonstrated hands-on experience in the development and implementation of safety and emergency management systemsYou enjoy solving a puzzle and coming up with innovative solutions For brownie points:Qualifications in Quality related disciplinesExperience in a Health and/or Aged Care environment Work Perks (the goodies!):Free access to over 80 fitness providers around the countryKeeping health and wellbeing at the top of mind, take advantage of our Employee Assistance ProgramSalary packagingBe part of an organisation who’s shaking up the aged care industryTruly fun, flexible and supportive work environment – we walk the talkA chance to be recognised and rewardedPlus, meaningful experiences where you know you are making a positive impact in the local community every day – from where you’d rather be… Ready to make that jump?Click Apply Now!
