Quality and Emergency Manager



What is the role? You will add value to Feros Care Operations by seeking facilitating and managing the implementation of continuous improvement across Feros Care services integrated Quality and Risk Management System and assisting with ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Act Quality of Care Principles and ISO9001. You will also facilitate and manage the development, review and testing of safety and emergency management plans across all our locations and services.  What are your key responsibilities? Ensure all policies, processes and procedures are recorded, reviewed/revised and managed, ensuring consistency and review of documentationWork with corporate and operational business units and services, ensuring all improvement actions are recorded and actionedMonitor and review all continuous improvement activities ensuring they are identified and actioned across accreditation standardsSupport the alignment and transition to the Common Quality Standards, collection f evidence to support conformance and identify and report areas of non-conformance for corrective actionMonitor, manage and report incidents, customer feedback and hazard management and ensure all incidents and complaints are severity rated as per escalation protocolDevelop and maintain an emergency management frameworkMonitor and manage compliance with mandatory emergency obligations Who are we looking for? You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality management roleHands on experience in the development and implementation of safety and emergency management systemsGood level of analytical and report writing skills with a focus on providing well researched recommendationsISO 9001 quality auditor qualification strongly desirable but not essentialYou enjoy solving a puzzle and coming up with innovative solutions Please note this is a part time position (4 days a week) on a 2 years' fixed term contract.  Why join Feros?
