RAS (Regional Assessment Service) Assessor – New England Region (Inverell)



As a Home Support Assessor you will utilise a number of technologies, including the National Screening and Assessment Form, video conferencing, internal social media together with various software products, to support clients and stay connected with your team.  This is a community based role which will see you visiting our client’s in their own homes. You will travel extensively across your region to conduct assessments in various areas and geographic locations.   • Help coordinate care and support for elderly clients
  • Mobile role, covering the New England/Inverell region
  • Part time position (45 hrs/fortnight). Contract ending June 2020

What will I be doing as a home support assessor?

Need to be/have:

  • General knowledge of CHSP 
  • Previous experience working in aged care or community services
  • Confident communication with the ability to engage and motivate clients, families, staff and other stakeholders with a positive approach
