Recruitment Advisor (6 month contract), Coolangatta QLD



The Role:The Recruitment Advisor is responsible for carrying out end to end recruitment activities, ensuring that hiring managers and candidates receive the best possible customer experience.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Discussing resourcing requirements with hiring managers and agreeing on appropriate sourcing strategies whilst managing expectations throughout the processDrafting job adverts in conjunction with hiring managers and managing advertising campaigns through to completionAssisting with shortlisting, phone screening and reference checking of candidates if requested by hiring managersManaging volume recruitment in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Manager to provide resources in a timely mannerProviding high quality customer service to applicants, Feros Care staff and management in a confidential and sensitive mannerAbout You:Demonstrated experience in a Recruitment Advisor or similar roleProven analytical and problem solving skills coupled with exceptional attention to detailWell-developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff at all levels in the organisation, external providers and external bodiesSuperior organisational skills with a high degree of drive, initiative, outcome orientation and the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting prioritiesAbility to work autonomously with minimal supervision and also as part of the Talent Acquisition teamWe are offering full time hours on a 6 month fixed term contract. Who is Feros Care and why would I want to be a part of the team?
