Our team manages end-to-end recruitment, from working with hiring teams to sourcing, interviewing and offer process.We support a diverse group of clients and collaborate with them to understand exactly what they are after and establish the best way to find them a ‘gem’.Search high and low for candidates who are just as passionate as we are. You will represent Feros Care with integrity and professionalism and will speak authentically about who we are and what our mission is.Help us craft recruitment strategies and implement best practices to take our service delivery to the next level. Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates and provide them an amazing experience.You will rock at building and maintaining talent pools by identifying and engaging unique candidates through market mapping and creative sourcing techniques. Who are we looking for? Our team needs a strong internal recruiter with 3+ years’ experience in full–cycle recruitment.You are self- driven, always on a mission and focused on making things happen.You are a real team player, show initiative and are able to navigate complex scenarios with a sense of urgency. You have the ability to embrace change with a great attitude and competing priorities will never make you tumble.Sourcing and hunting the best talent is your second nature.
