As a Home Support Assessor you will travel extensively across your region to conduct assessments in various areas and geographic locations. Using a holistic and client centred approach, these assessments will support our clients to continue living independently in the community by considering needs such as assistive technology, social support services and community care.You will utilise a number of technologies, including the National Screening and Assessment Form, video conferencing, internal social media together with various software products, to support older Australians in their home and stay connected with your team. This position will be on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2021. You will be expected to travel throughout the Gold Coast region (North to South) to service clients. Candidates will preferably need to reside in the central Gold Coast area. What will I be doing as a home support assessor?Community based role, visiting older Australian’s in their homes.
