The Community Services Regional Manager (CSRM) will oversee the day to day operations and clinical management of community services within a designated region. The CSRM contributes as a vital member of the Operations group to ensure that the services we provide are consistent with Feros Care’s BOLD mission and values. You will play a key role in building and maintaining experienced, skilled, happy and motivated multi-disciplinary teams of staff, volunteers and contractors (including Allied Health, Nursing, Care and Hospitality) across a specific geographic area.
