About the Role:Reporting to the General Manager Community Services, this role oversee the day to day operations and clinical management of community services within a designated region. The Community Services Regional Manager contributes as an integral member of the Operations group to ensure our service delivery teams and operational activities are closely aligned with strategic direction and consistent with our mission and values of Feros Care. You will play a key role in building and maintaining experienced, skilled, happy and motivated multi-disciplinary teams of staff, volunteers and contractors (including Allied Health, Nursing, Care and Hospitality) across a specific geographic area.
