Regional Team Coach



The Opportunity:A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Feros Care for a Regional Team Coach to join the Contact Centre based in our head office in Coolangatta on a full time basis.Reporting to the Contact Centre manager the roles are responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of highly professional and friendly service at all times to internal customers whilst ensuring efficient and logical scheduling and coordination of staff rosters and resources.  You will act as the first point for all escalations and cascading and driving your regions to deliver on timeframes and KPIs are met.About You:You will be forward-thinking, positive, exceptionally motivated and display a high level of personal integrity.
