At Wommin Bay we cater for 70 residents with varying care and support needs. We provide assistance with basic care, through to full assistance for those requiring extra support for dementia. Wommin Bay Village is a nursing home providing long-term (permanent) and short-term (respite) aged care. We joined the Feros Care family in July 2012.Please be advised proof of hours/years worked as a registered nurse will be required to support hourly rates on offer. (For the purpose of yearly progression based on service and experience an employee must complete 1976 hours of work including any Annual Leave taken during the year)From 1 May 2020, it is a mandatory requirement from the Department of Health that an up to date flu vaccination is required for ALL persons to be able to enter Residential Aged Care Facilities. As part of our Feros Care recruitment process, we ask that all applicants are aware of this new requirement and should you have any reason not to obtain a vaccination, that you speak with your dedicated Recruitment Advisor. What will I be doing?Working a variety of shifts across 7 days per week.
