Senior IT Project Manager

Evident in our recent partnership with Google, where we introduced an Australian-first initiative that allows home care clients to manage their services through voice command.The role:The Senior IT Project Manager plays a key role in the development, execution, evaluation and high level coordination of a range of operational and strategic projects across Feros Care. Projects may include newly funded programs, pilots and partnerships, as well as internal strategies, initiatives or improvements.You will be responsible for the development and implementation of world class project management systems, processes and frameworks and provides hands on and daily support to other project leaders and teams, with a focus on promoting and improving project management skills, capability and capacity across the organisation. The boxes you have to tick:Relevant and demonstrated skills and senior experience managing complex projects in a highly dynamic, fast paced environmentDemonstrated track record of delivering business critical projects within scope, timelines and budgetDemonstrated experience in the effective application of modern project management methodologies (Prince 2, PMBOK, Lean or similar)Strong stakeholder coordination skills combined with excellent communication and relationship building abilitiesSound financial management skills, particularly in relation to project funding and budget monitoringStrong experience and skills in the use and application of modern technology for project management and reportingDemonstrated high level problem solving, organisational and time management skillsDemonstrated experience and skills in developing high quality, user friendly project management documentation, procedures and systemsKnowledge of contemporary customer experience and customer led design methodologies Qualifications, Certificates and Registrations: Practitioner Certified in Project Management (e.g. Prince 2 or similar)For Bonus Points: Tertiary qualifications in Business or related discipline (highly regarded)Knowledge, awareness or understanding of the health, aging, disability and or care sectors 130000 AUD Australia - QLD Gold Coast Coolangatta 4225
