Technical Support Coordinator



Feros Care are currently working on some exciting new projects to assist our senior clients to live their best lives by utilising plug and play style tele-healthcare, smart home and smart device technologies in their own homes. As a Technical Support Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be supporting the warehousing, distribution, installation, and usage of these technologies in our client's homes. This includes provisioning the equipment and coordinating the support desk for staff working in the field.This role will also see you responsible for supply, install and support activities directly with our clients. Working independently, you will become the subject matter expert and key trouble-shooter of our products such as Alarms, Telehealth solutions, Google Home, Virtual Seniors Centre and compatible Apple and Samsung devices. Providing high level customer service and knowledge to support clients to maximise use of their equipment, as well as to diagnose and solve problems. This is a full time, fixed term contract position until 31st August 2020.What You’ll Be DoingUndertaking warehouse coordination of equipment including stocktake and ordering activitiesUndertaking logistics and provisioning, servicing and decommissioning activities of equipmentProviding in home and on phone support for clients and staff supporting install and service activities for equipmentProviding 1st and 2nd level support (local & remote) of Feros Technology to clients and partnering service delivery teamsActively problem solving with clients and service delivery teams; resolving incidents as quickly as possible, documenting and escalating as requiredDocumenting and maintaining procedures and guides, along with delivering one on one digital training on how to utilise smart technologiesWhat You’ll Need to HaveA recognised qualification or relevant industry experience, in any technical trade or fieldPrior experience in retail or community services, supporting customers/clients to set up and use digital technologyExperience in providing level 1 and 2 help desk support, as well as provisioning of equipmentExcellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to demonstrate patience and understanding when delivering trainingA valid Australian Driver Licence and own reliable vehiclePrevious experience working within the aged and/or community care industry is desirableWhat We Can OfferBe part of an organisation who’s shaking up the aged care and disability industriesSmash your New Year’s resolutions with a free gym membership Keeping health and wellbeing top of mind, take advantage of our Employee Assistance Program Truly fun, flexible and supportive work environment – we walk the talk A chance to be recognised and rewardedPlus, meaningful experiences where you know you are making a positive impact in the local community every day!Who are we?We’re Feros Care.
