Everything from cooking lessons and wellness information to virtual trips to the local farm. Participants use their personal computer, tablet, or laptop to log into the VSC for whichever sessions tickles their fancy. In each session participants can see, hear, and  even speak to each other and the facilitator in real time. How cool is that?!What You’ll Be Doing:Provide technical support to participants, hosts and facilitators ensuring that everyone has the best technology experienceSupport studio operations for our Green Room based in Tweed heads. This could be anything from providing an orientation to our hosts, maintaining the Green Room schedule, set up and pack down and using the sound desk for a range of different sessionsModerator between the VSC team and Feros Care’s IT department. You will collate feedback from our participants and hosts and liaise with the IT team about any bugs and possible enhancements. You will be a key driver in making the VSC the absolute best it can be!We currently have two positions available on a part time basis, approximately 2-3 days per week.   • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Exhibits patience and understanding when working with a range of stakeholders including hosts, clients, participants and moderators
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in preparing and operating high end audio visual equipment and studio coordination
  • A recognized qualification or relevant industry experience in the field of audio visual installation or technical production for live events
  • Previous experience working within aged care or disability services would be awesome but not essential
