Training Facilitator and Assessor, LAC – South Australia



The Role:We are a Learning and Development team of highly experienced, dynamic and energetic Trainers, Facilitators and Administrators. Our services include instructional design development, utilising a Learning Management System (LMS), IT systems training, soft skills training, conducting orientation programs, co-ordinating large events, developing and delivering numerous training packages, and more. We’re looking for an individual who can lend support across a range of these functions.This role requires strong facilitation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to learn new systems and utilise those during training, and a flexible and positive attitude. Primarily based in North Adelaide, travel may be involved to deliver training across our national footprint.About You:You will have a passion for training development and delivery and understand that this will be the primary focus of your role.You are self–driven, love change and are looking for an opportunity to immerse yourself in a role that is fast paced.You don’t find maintaining knowledge systems, such as training content, systems presentations and procedures boring…updating knowledge is just part of your day.You have the ability to build trusted relationships and role model a dynamic, fun and innovative workplace.You are available to travel nationally and are willing to be flexible with working hours to accommodate organisational needs.
