Training Facilitator and Assessor – Coolangatta, QLD



The Role:We are a Learning and Development team of highly experienced, dynamic and energetic Trainers, Facilitators and Administrators. Our services include instructional design development, utilising a Learning Management System (LMS), IT systems training, soft skills training, conducting orientation programs, co-ordinating large events, developing and delivering numerous training packages, and more. We’re looking for an individual who can lend support across a range of these functions.This role requires strong facilitation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to learn new systems and utilise those during training, and a flexible and positive attitude. Our team likes to be disruptive, agile and have some fun!You have a qualification and/or experience facilitating and training adults in the workplaceYou embrace technology and have the ability to utilise a range of systems to develop content and engage learners.Essential requirements for this role:Tertiary training qualification, minimum Certificate IV TAEProven experience in aged care or clinical trainingProven experience working with a diverse group of peopleProven experience in workplace trainingAbility to build trusted relationships and role model a dynamic, fun and innovative workplace.Availability to travel nationally and flexible with working hours to accommodate organisational needs.
