Training Manager, Local Area Coordination Services – Coolangatta

Your experience and love of leading, supporting and coaching a high performing team will not go unnoticed.If you are passionate about seeking out challenges and looking for an opportunity to immerse yourself in a role that is fast paced and milestone driven, this could be the role for you.Your primary responsibilities will include:Lead a diverse and geographically disperse team of trainers and an administrator.Oversee the development and delivery of training to staff and stakeholders primarily from the Local Area Coordination Service, including participants and their carer’s.Work effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training materials are current, meet legislative requirements and organisational needsDevelop and oversee delivery of orientation, annual training calendars, department directed training, compliance training, external training and education programs for the Local Area Coordination Service.Create, review and improve learning procedures and adapt learning programs to meet the changing needs, diverse audiences and virtual delivery environmentsAudit, Training compliance and LMS responsibilities will also sit within this position.Essential requirements for this role:Tertiary training qualification, minimum Certificate IV TAEProven experience working with a diverse group of peopleProven experience in workplace trainingProven experience in managing & contributing to the growth and development of a teamProven ability to build trusted relationships and role model a dynamic, fun and innovative workplace.Availability to travel nationally and flexible with working hours to accommodate organisational needs.
