Virtual Local Area Coordinator – ACT


Feros Care is proud to partner with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to deliver Local Area Coordination services in the ACT region. We are looking for a Virtual Local Area Coordinator (VLAC) to join us in empowering people with disability, their families and carers to build, pursue and fulfil their goals and aspirations while exercising choice and control when engaging with the NDIS.  The VLAC conducts all planning meetings virtually from the office. This means you would be using your exceptional customer service skills over the phone and communicating with participants, their representatives, and the wider community, through various forms of technology including Microsoft Teams.  This position would suit anyone with drive and passion that wants to be part of a bold, inclusive and accessible workplace.  This position is a full time, fixed term contract to June 2021.About us We want our team to be made up of people from all walks of life.
