Our focus is on helping seniors to remain living independently, socially connected, healthy and fulfilling lives for as long as possible.About the role:We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer who will be responsible for the efficient and effective processing of the organisation’s accounts receivable and government subsidies in accordance with legislative requirements, applicable accounting standards and Feros Care’s approved policies, procedures and programs.Key Responsibilities include:Ensure timely and accurate processing of billing processes for all clientsAssist with the maintenance of client debtor’s recordsRespond and resolve all debtor enquiries in an accurate, courteous and confidential mannerEnsure timely and accurate processing of funding claims for all programsAssist with the compilation of statistics and reports for analysis and reporting purposesParticipate in operational and ad-hoc projects as required.About You:Previous experience in a similar roleDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and ExcelAdvanced computing skills and knowledge of financial software packagesProven analytical skills coupled with high accuracy and attention to detailWell-developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff and external stakeholdersHighly developed data entry skillsSelf-motivated, creative, and passionate approachAdaptability and flexibility to accommodate change and provide responsive services to meet customers' needsAbility to prioritise and manage a high volume workloadFor more information about this role please see the attached position description.  This is a full time fixed term contract for 12 months.You may be wondering who is Feros Care and why would I want to work there?
