That’s great, because we are looking for a Community Support Worker superstars! About the role:Working within a senior rental village in Taree, this is an integral role in providing sleep over support to senior clients.  You will be conducting welfare checks during the first 2 hours of your shift, 8pm – 10pm before commencing the on-call sleep over component from 10pm – 6am. You will have your own room for your shift and will only respond to emergency situations.More about you:You must be passionate about supporting othersYou are able to respond effectively and efficiently to emergency situationsYou will hold a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability or similar qualificationYou are available to work from 8pm – 6amYou are willing to undergo a police check and prove that you have the rights to work in AustraliaWhat’s in it for you?**Under the Feros Care, NSWNMA and HSU NSW Enterprise Agreement 2014-2017 the current hourly rate for a Community Support Worker, Grade 2 is $21.60. Therefore a shift with no emergencies calls will earn you approximately $126 from Monday to Friday (includes casual loading, night shift allowance and sleepover allowance).
