The organisationThis is your opportunity to join a high profile sporting Association and support their provision of continued professional development within the sport.  Focussed on ensuring best practice and ethics within the sport this membership organisation supports the professionals working in the industry with education, accreditation and ongoing professional development.  This is a newly developed position created to assist three busy Executives achieve their national responsibilities.Your responsibilitiesReporting to the CEO and supporting the Executive team of three in addition to Board Directors, you will be an integral member of a small and highly effective team focussed on supporting the national membership base.  With an emphasis on education and professional development across the industry including individual education and institution support there is never a dull moment in this multidimensional organisation.  Your position will evolve as you immerse yourself in the position, however as a starting point you duties will include; Diary and email managementNational and international travel arrangementsPreparation of Board papersMinutes of meetingsRTO and Accreditation assistance as requiredConference and event supportAssisting the Graphic Designer with overflowGeneral administrative tasksYour benefitsIt is not often that positions of this scope come up on the Sunshine Coast!  Working as part of a National Association within a high profile sport you will enjoy the vibrant culture and multifaceted components of this position.
