Applications to this role are open to people of all abilities.A great opportunity has arisen in our Finance team for an experienced Agenda and Minutes Officer.This is a varied role and will be responsible for completing all administrative tasks associated with the agendas and minutes for Standing Committees, Ordinary Council, Special Council and other meetings for the City of Subiaco.The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and team orientated individual with the following:Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with discretion while maintaining a high level of professionalism.Proven experience in working effectively in an administrative support role with the ability to provide professional, high quality support.High level administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines while working under pressure and with limited supervision.Sound knowledge of meeting procedures and experience and high level skills in agenda preparation, minute taking and attention to detail.Knowledge of local government processes or the ability to acquire this knowledge quickly.Well developed skills in information management, including a high level of corporate computer literacy and word processing.Please address these requirements in your application.This is a full time, permanent position with a salary range of $60,000-$65,000 plus superannuationEnquiries:     Bianca Jones on 9237 9252         Applications close 5pm on Wednesday 12 July 2017.PD 60000 AUD Australia - WA Perth CBD, Inner & Western Suburbs
