We are looking for a strong team player with who will assist with the design and delivery of Engineering and Building projects.To be successful in this role, you will have: Tertiary qualification in engineering or equivalent qualification with the eligibility for membership to the Institute of Engineers of AustraliaExtensive experience in the area of Project Management in local Government industry or in the similar field.Demonstrated skills and experience in the area of Contracts Management.Demonstrated Skills and knowledge in preparing contract documentation, specifications and reviewing the existing tender documentation and specifications.Highly developed skills in preparing estimates and budgetary measuresComprehensive skills and knowledge in the area of Road construction industry including Drainage and Buildings and relevant statutory requirements.Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in supervising staff and managing consultants/ contractors.Experience and knowledge of the Occupational Health and safety Act and standards relevant to Local Government Industry.This position will be offered on a permanent, full time basis.Remuneration: Cash salary of $90,000 plus superannuation, free parking or sustainable travel allowance, subsidised gym membership plus a range of health and wellbeing benefits.
