Join a multi-award winning, not-for-profit organisationFantastic office location in Coolangatta overlooking the beachWork within a supportive, close-knit teamAbout the Role:Reporting directly to the Senior IT Project Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in a variety of IT projects.Key Responsibilities:Identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, issues and opportunitiesIdentify and document current state business processes that may be impacted by the scope of assigned projectsAnalyse current state processes and work with stakeholders to identify process change and improvement opportunitiesSupport the implementation of optimised business processes and systems through planning, communicating, testing and training as requiredCollaborate with stakeholders across the solution development life cycle ensuring that business requirements are reflected in solution designs and test plansAssist in developing and executing change management and test strategies and plansThis position is offered on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract. Further employment opportunities and advancements may also be available at the end of this period.About You:Our ideal candidate will be a highly skilled Business Analyst with a passion for system orientation and process design. To be successful in the role you will have:Previous experience in implementing or working with a Client Management SystemA relevant tertiary qualification in a Computer Science or Business Analysis related disciplinePrevious project experience with contact centre environmentsExceptional skills in modelling software including the MS Office suite and VisioUnderstanding of IT Testing principles and processExperience in broad stakeholder management and large-scale organisational change efforts, as well as knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsAbout Feros Care:Feros Care is a multi-award winning not-for-profit organisation offering a range of aged, disability and community care services.
