We are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable, natural communicator who is a logistical wizard and thrives on working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Are you highly motivated and love organizing other people? We would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Administrate, coordinate and attend project meetings including taking detailed minutes and distributing and following up action items Provide support to the General Manager LAC including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and other ad hoc duties Work closely with the wider Local Area Coordination team across our footprint Assist in drafting project briefs, project management schedules, project status updates, tenders and budgets Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to clients and the project team Research contemporary practices within the scope of the project and provide ideas on how projects can be implemented to meet the desired outcomes Actively participate in special projects, initiatives or programs   About you: Five years’ experience in a similar role with a strong client experience and high level administration focus Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting a senior level manager would be extremely helpfulExperience coordinating and attending project meetings Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders An impeccable level of organisation and attention to detail - timeliness and accuracy is a non-negotiable Have a high degree of drive, initiative and motivation with a flexible attitude towards work Ability to deal with multiple and conflicting priorities seamlessly Potential to travel up to 4 days per month Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal High level proficiency with MS Office Programs particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and One Note Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality Desired Attributes: In depth knowledge of Local Area Coordination Services and NDIS or proven ability to learn quickly Work Perks (the goodies!): Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per annum) Free access to health and fitness clubs Technology kits including a laptop and smart phone Keeping health and wellbeing at the top of mind, take advantage of our Employee Assistance Program  You’ll be backed by a training and development team committed to your continuous face-to-face and online learning  We’re on the good side, supporting people to live vibrant, healthy, independent and connected lives Plus, meaningful experiences where you know you are making a positive impact in the local community every day   Variety is the spice of life - everyone is welcome, and everyone matters at Feros Care.
