An exciting opportunity to join the Wide Bay Regional Assessment Service with Aspire4Life as a Clinical Home Support Assessor. This role will see you support older Australians to continue living independently, by considering needs such as assistive technology, social support services, and community care. This is a community based role allowing you the opportunity to travel throughout the region each day to work collaboratively with clients in their homes. This position will commence on a fixed term contract until 30 June 2023 (with the possibility for renewal based on funding). Candidates will ideally need to be located in or around Childers. This is a full time opportunity working Monday to Friday (no weekend or shift work!) with the option of a company vehicle to use for both personal and work use.
